HRA Conference Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions

• Tickets will be on sale until 9am on 28th October 2022. No further tickets will be available after this time/date.
• The “Early Bird” 2-day tickets will be available until midnight on 2nd October 2022.  Following this, the full 2-day rates will apply with no exceptions.
• Member rates are for staff/volunteers from a current HRA Corporate Member. Non-member rates are also available. If a ticket is purchased on the member rate by a non-member, the HRA reserves the right to deny the delegate’s attendance or charge the supplementary fee adding up to the total of the non-member rate.
• Printed copies of tickets do not need to be provided for entry.
• Ticket prices are in UK Sterling and VAT is included on all tickets at the rate of 20%.
• The Conference agendas are subject to amendment as circumstances in finalising speakers and topics may dictate.
• Should any tickets need to be cancelled by the ticket holder, the HRA will need to be advised of this by 5pm on 17th October 2022 in order to make a refund. Refunds will not include any card payment fees (see below).
• Tickets are subject to a card payment fee charged by an external card payment provider. Refunds will not include any card payment fees which have already been processed by the card payment provider. Card payments are subject to separate Terms and Conditions between the ticket buyer and the payment provider.
• Tickets may be transferrable to another person at the same organisation should the original ticket holder be unable to attend, but the HRA require confirmation of this by 9am on the 28th October 2022.
• In the unfortunate event of the Conference having to be cancelled due to external situations the HRA will refund the ticket purchases, but will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by ticket holders, such as; accommodation or travel.
• Any views expressed in the conference do not necessarily constitute the views or suggest agreement of the HRA.
• Please note that photographs and videos will be taken at the event for use by the HRA for marketing and communications purposes.
